[FedCom] 169.450 in central Rhode Island

Hi, Customs(ICE) was doing an air surveillance op in the Boston area today around 1200L on 165.2375(simplex, clr, analog), using
the Omaha ID. Nothing on 169.450. As heard at my QTH along coastal NH.
