[FedCom] Fw: [MilCom] Strange Antenna on Presidential SupportVehicle???

Did you notice what looks like some type of reels that are yellow in color
under the rear. Probably something used in the tie-downs on the plane?? I
first saw this vehicle in Dallas just before the elections.  It was running
back in the motorcade like Roadrunner instead of right on the limo like the
newer vehicle has been.
