	I'd say it was a completely different vehicle with different
antennas on it - the tall pole antenna bomb jammer simply doesnt have
anything like the same antenna array in almost any respect.

	This vehicle clearly has a microwave/satcom dome (and only one
of them) and some VHF-hi/800 mhz antennas and what could be some sort of
GPS or L band antenna in front of the dome 

	I suppose the antenna under the radome could be satcom or
even a microwave receive link for video from helicopters.

	It is also notable that the flat panel LCD monitor visible in
between the driver and passenger seat of bomb jammer isn't seen in
this photo.

	I suspect this vehicle has a different purpose.
