[FedCom] Spokane WA ICE Question

Hello to all

I have a quick and hopefully easily answerable question.
I am receiving what sounds like a repeater input on 165.915
the radio traffic is definitely customs or border patrol.
Could someone tell me what the output of this frequency is?

I am located in eastern Washington state by the Idaho border.
