Hello Steve:
Actually frequency is most likely 165.9125, which according to Grove's
"Federal Frequency Directory", lst edition indicates "no reported activity",
since it was a new authorization when the directory was published.
I would think that you need to search the 162-174 mhz area and see if you
can come up with the same voices that are on the input.. That's what the
real fun of this is SEARCH, SEARCH, SEARCH !!!!
