The use of such a device would be "Illegal" according to the terms of the 
debate, thus presenting Bush as outsider, and violating the the terms of the 
debate if this controversy were proven true.  Nothing has come of this to date.

Anyone who promotes such a tactic is dishonest, outside the agreed terms, and 
underhanded.  What would be the point of a debate between two candidates if 
their opinions were coached from outside influences....would anyone know the 
candidates true opinion?...GEES some people are idiots.
