After being in law enfocement for 30 years, in my opinion it had the distinct 
look of a kevlar vest.   I noticed the same thing under his flight suit the 
day he flew out to the USS Abraham Lincoln in the S-3.   I thought it very odd 
that he would be wearing a kevlar vest onboard a naval ship, but these days I 
guess you cant be too careful.
