This is/was the National Marine Fisheries, but sounded more like now a USCG
use?
I've been hearing this repeater from South of Boston also. From what I've 
been hearing I belive that it's still being used by the Fisheries, sounds like 
it's coming from Maine, some mention of fish catch's and Portland, ME area. I 
show an input of 162.1000
