[FedCom] The hump on Bush's back

this morning I was hanging around a waiting room and saw a copy of TIME from
early September that had Bush on the cover. I thumbed through it and saw at
the beginning of the article on Geo a profile photo of him taken slightly
favoring the backside. There it was between the shoulder blades, the mystery
box. The other thing that showed up (his suit jacket was tight so he was
well outlined) was wha appeared to be a truss or some other underlying
structure. It looked as if he had a body armor suit underneath. It still
doesn't explain the mystery box, but it was from early September. Whatever
it is looks like he's been wearing it for some time. I think that would rule
out an ambulatory heart monitor in any event.
