Why for the love of God are you typing in all caps?  Several people have
pointed it out, and you haven't listened.  Typing in all caps tends to
drive people nuts.  And it is seldom (if ever) necessary.  Please turn
off the caps lock.

We still have some good Federal stuff in the clear here near
Indianapolis.  I believe BATF has just switched over to APCO-25, but
DEA, US Marshall, and several other agencies routinely use analog
transmissions.  Makes for some fun listening.  Just to keep this post
vaguely on topic.  Not that it seems to matter, given the last few
posts :-)
