so when did Douglass say he didn't know how to monitor cell calls? That's 
not what I read in his story below, in fact he said just the opposite.

I can't understand why anyone would voluntarily talk to a fed. if you make a 
simple honest mistake and say something that is false you have committed the 
same felony as to intentionally lie to them. Forget it brother, unless I am 
compelled to talk to them, I'm not going to say a word.
