Subject: [FedCom] Pop'Comm Columnists Phone Tapped??

See "Popular Communications Magazine", October 2004 edition, 'Utility
Communications Digest'... Apparently the author thinks that his July 2004
edition article ("Close Encounter of the Dubys Kind") on President Bush may
have resulted in his telephone line being tapped. He also states that his
phone line may have been tapped before.

Hmmm........ very interesting!!!!!
