If they really are used in jamming, I think you have received all the
data you are going to get. If you knew any more, well, you know how that
expression goes.
BTW, to establish a time frame, those antennas were present during
Bush's June 2003 visit to Burlingame:

On the baymilcom yahoogroup, there are several photos of AF1 at Moffet
Federal Airfield including one of the motorcade parked in the garage.
