163.200 simplex with a 136.5 hz tone was used here by the marshals trailing
someone behind my house.
They were very critical of her driving. I still have the recordings. Pretty
interesting!

I did hear this, but didn't know at the time what I was hearing! I didn't
post right away as it was clear from what was heard that it was an ongoing
operation.
There were several frequencies that were pretty active in my area,
including 163.2 MHz, 164.6 MHz and 167.6375 MHz. All were clear, analog and
very busy with various operations that were clearly aimed at arresting
wanted felons.
The 167.6375 MHz repeater was interesting as it was using a PL tone of
127.3 and at one point was ID's as KEX720, which is the FBI call sign for
the Portland, OR field office. This frequency has been used up in the
Seattle area but not heard in Portland.
