[FedCom] USMS Operation Falcon

I've been logging the feds for 2 solid years here and this operation was the 
first time I
heard the Marshals on VHF. We have tons of Customs / INS traffic with us 
having a port.
FBI is quite active here too. Most stuff here is DES but lately, many ops 
have been
green. Have seen an increase in p25 traffic in the clear the past few months 
here with new frequencies being used.
All in all, still plenty to listen too!
