[FedCom] USMS Operation Falcon

In the Toledo OH area, the local FBI freq was being used big time for the 
period around this operation. It is normally very silent.  When in simplex, 
the freq was in the clear, and I had a number of hits on my PRO-83 while 
mobile and in the Signal Stalker mode, so they had to be close to me at the 
time.  Obvious surveillance traffic.  When the freq was used as a repeater 
output, it was all digital.  It was quite busy.  After the operation 
conclusion was announced, the repeater was semi-busy and in the clear for 
2-3 days, now its back down to its former activity -almost none.  Feds 
around here use the nex---- system a lot.
