Local NBC affiliate WWLP TV is reporting that this evening between 1900 to 
2300 hrs the Bulk
Mail Sorting Center, Page Blvd, Springfield MA will be running an extensive
disaster drill to include simulated biological/chemical incidents.

You might want try scanning the
162 to 174 mhz & 406-420 mhz area for additional USPS frequencies.
164.3875 & 165.05 are the primary repeater freqs used within the facility,
NFM mode.  No P25 that I'm aware of....
