[FedCom] Finally in the game...Maybe...

Hi All,
 
Been a lurker here for a long time...Finally got a digital scanner to get  
back into the FedCom game.  I live in the North San Diego County area and  have 
plugged in all the freqs I used to listen to when the Feds were in the  clear 
(FBI, DEA, USCG, DHS).  Got some new ones too from you good folks  here and 
our friends at Monitoring Times...
 
Not hearing much...Someone break the bad news to me, have the Feds gone  
encrypted too???
