To my colleagues in the NE, I wish you a good morning. Is the USMS still active on VHF? If so, please provide both frequencies and the corresponding PL. I'm also told that frequencies exist where the FBI and USMS can communicate (e.g. 164.6000 [?]). Thanks in advance for your input.
