This will be my last inquiry. I promise. If I put in "none" then if I
understand your response, I should receive P25 and perhaps some junk. Also,
I was sent a list of DHS Radio Net 1 frequencies. Do they use all these
frequencies or are they assigned regionally? I like your suggestion
regarding the well known Treasury Common.

Negative!
One of the shortcomings of the current line of digital scanners is that the
CTCSS or DCS tone decoders have priority over the P-25 stuff. So if you
program a PL tone in to the scanner, it will ignore P-25 transmissions. I'm
hoping the next generation of digital scanners will allow CTCSS, DCS or
P-25 modes, so you can have a channel with PL tone and still receive
digital...
