[FedCom] POTUS in Philadelphia, PA.

Subsequent to a recent visit by President Bush to Philadelphia, I
anticipated receiving a reasonable quantity of e-mails reporting active fed
communications (USSS, FBI, INTEROP, etc.).  None followed.  Except for
possibly hearing the PPD, did any colleague monitor any communications?  If
so, what frequency and were the transmissions "in the clear" or encrypted.
