[FedCom] SoCal Rose Bowl Prep

Monitoring from the Glendale / Pasadena area - 155.475 MHz is currently 
busy with the Federal Protective Service testing links to various 
federal agencies on what they are all calling "DHS Interop". I'm not 
sure if they've got another frequency tied in to 155.475 MHz, or they 
have a repeater set up on this frequency.

Sounds like they are getting ready for a large federal presence over the 
New Years and Rose Bowl...
