I would imagine that there also will be a military rep in the control center
coordinator those F15's/F16's at $8K per hr in fuel, flying above protecting
all those football enthuiasts from potential terrorist air attack...
BTW anyone remember the name of that fictional movie where the terrorists
place a nuclear bomb in a beverage dispensing machine at Camden Yards
Stadium (Baltimore) & the US president was attending & did a very quick
evacuation out of the area only to get caught at the fringe area of the
nuclear detonation!
Hmm, I also have to wonder if the NEST people
(http://www.fas.org/nuke/guide/usa/doctrine/doe/o5530_2.htm) are there with
their new cellphone/radio combinations? (Sprint/NEXTEL?) along with
appropriate monitoring gear?
I would imagine that this major public function will probably have every
federal three letter department (of course on overtime pay status) in
attendance & it should be a terrific monitoring opportunity for anyone in
that geographic area.
