I came across some comms on FBI channels this morning here in the Philly area. 


168.425 was busy with DES and one clear transmission with an agent asking for a
PPD marked unit to meet them at [address xxx].

163.7875 was busy with P25 encrypted digital.

I couldn't glean anything useful.  Although, the traffic on the 168 freq was
for city activity again.  In the past, this was supposed to be the freq for the
Lansdale, PA FO.  I guess they could have changed things around and this is now
being used by Philly?  I don't know how the FBI splits up their work.  Lansdale
FO is only in the next county NW of Philly, so maybe it is still agents from
that office.  The few times I've heard dispatch in the clear recently, they ID
as "Central" which  others have told me is the tactical ID for Lansdale FO.
