Has anyone else heard Dept. of Homeland Security units
contacting CHARLIE 100 on 165.2375?  I have heard this
twice recently, once from a Customs Inspector and once
from a Customs aircraft.  In the first case, the traffic 
consisted of warrant info requests and in the second 
case, they were asking for a message to be relayed to 
other units.
