[FedCom] CHARLIE 100

Mac and all, I have heard P25 traffic on this freq up here in NW WA and
believe it is I.C.E. units talking to "Sector", but I need to verify.  While
we're on the subject, does anyone have an up-to-date list of Fed freqs for
my area?  Please contact me off-list, thanks!
