And here I bitch about people using abbreviations and then I do it myself.
MSST is Maritime Safety & Security Team, 91105 is there unit number, 
they were the 5th unit of their kind stood up and they are new in almost 
every major harbor in the US for port security, anti terrorist.  RHI is 
ridged hull inflatable and I might add with two 50 cal machine guns, 
twin Honda outboard powered.  Sorry.
