Trying to tag the user of 164.650 in Central GA (not exactly the beehive of
Fedcom activity!). Traffic is all P-25 ENC. Undetermined if its a Rptr, but
signal strenghts always seem to be high. Activity is very light.. Maybe 2-3
Tx a day if that. And all very short...
