While in Richmond, VA yesterday I happened past the Federal Reserve and passed several marked "Federal Reserve Police" [neat paint scheme] vehicles and a parking lot full of unmarked crown vics. I don't recall ever seeing anything about their comms. One thing I did notice was what appeared to me to be an almost complete lack of visible security. The parking lot gates were open and unattended and their underground/hillside parking area was open and unattended. One terrorist with a car bomb and BOOM.
