Hmm, Grove's "Federal Frequency Directory" 2nd edition search term "Federal 
Reserve" got 36 potential hits, 1 low band VHF, 9 high band VHF, and the 
rest UHF (most repeaters, but some simplex).

While in Richmond, VA yesterday I happened past the Federal Reserve and 
passed several marked "Federal Reserve Police" [neat paint scheme] vehicles 
and a parking lot full of unmarked crown vics. I don't recall ever seeing 
anything about their comms.
