[FedCom] P-25 notations

May I recommend using the following notations in your CTCSS / DCS positions 
on your frequency lists and posts.

P-25   Normal P-25
P-25e Encrypted P-25

No matter if they are simplex, repeater or trunking (Phase I, Phase II or 
Phase II Hybrid)

These fit very well in the space which was used for the tone designation.

P.S. We did not designate the difference between a CTCSS and a DCS, that
information is automatically conveyed by the code itself.

141.3 could only be a CTCSS, as it has the decimal

141   could only be a DCS, as it is three digits only

All DCS's using having 2 digits, like 26 would be posted as 026

Saves time and takes no additional room.
