Well surely what anyone wants to use for annotation/abbreviations  in their 
personal notes is their business, but I think that on public lists it's just 
as easy to spell out in PLAIN english what you mean  so "P25e" vs "P25 
Encrypted", vs "P25 in the clear at times, but mostly encrypted", etc...  is 
much easier for someone to understand without referring to an abbreviation 
list....
