Some claim FLINT is acronym for Flying INTelligence. HF fans of ATLAS during 
evil greedy 80's, recognize the calls. Wasn't DAKOTA FBI?  Today, 
bureaushuffling is the national dance, thus hard to tell. Could be anyone, anything, 
SASKATCHEWAN, DANNEMORA, KEYSER SOZE? Aero surveillance frequently no calls used. 
Mysterioso.
