I can understand why people may not want to post.  Like me, I am sure there are
many others who are just casual fedcom listeners who don't really have any
unusual frequencies to report.  I listen when I can (which isn't that often)
with what I have (which is one scanner).  Sometimes, I just get busy and never
do post about the conversation I may have heard on a commonly known frequency.

Other times, people have posted about various ops only to find things shifted
to encryption or to another frequency later on.  I wouldn't be surprised if
that happened here.  Most of the fed channels I have in the scanner are rarely
used (with the exception of the DEA UHF channels).  Many times, when comms are
present, they're encrypted (or at least partially encrypted).
