Re: [FedCom] Philly activity 163.7875 is not on any list that I have as an FBI assignment and I personally haven't seen them pop up on anything in the NY/NJ/Conn area that is not listed to them. From what I've seen, in New Jersey the FBI is still all analog. I would be interested in anyone who has heard them P25 in NJ.
