Yes! Often that how new stuff is found. Sometime a frequency found in your
part of the US is used nationwide. Should you be able to decode the PL/DPL
that is often helpful in figuring out who you're listening too. Obviously
where you heard it is helpful as well!

This is my first post, so I'm sorry for not knowing the answer to this
question. Is it ok to post Fed frequencies even if you don't know who the
user is? I'm asking this because I've been hearing usage on different
frequencies, but can't identify the users.
