Hi Chris and the group.  I think taht the VA here in Detroit is APCO-25 as
well on VHF, but I'm not sure.  Last night I caught something that
appeared to be APCO-25.  There was no encryption, and it was in the VHF
fed band, also this morning I caught someone calling someone else, and I
think that it may have been the FBI, but whoever they were trying to call
never responded.
