I posted this on a local list and realized I should post it here too:

Sandy Hook Police-1/Fire-1 Repeater: 169.4000/151.4 (input=166.7750/151.4)

Sandy Hook Lifeguards "TAC": 172.6000/151.4

I also had noted, a few years ago, that EMS services for the park were
provided routinely by Highlands, who were on 39.58/0.0 .  Occasionally they
would get EMS from Sea Bright, which I monitored operating on 155.145/151.4
and being dispatched on 155.565/151.4, which was the Sea Bright PD/FD
channel.  

It also seemed that the maintenance operations at the park were on
168.55/151.4, but I never verified that with more than about a 50% certainty
that it was them.  I heard references to this being F-4.

Here are some freqs that I was not able to confirm definitely as being at
SH, but they may be:

163.225                 
166.875/151.4 - This may be the TAC channel for the police        
167.075             
167.950            
168.350/151.4 - This may be F-2 for the fire department, or for the entire
park               
168.875           

I had a lot of problems with confirming the freqs in use at SH because the
Gateway Park operations on the NY side also use a PL of 151.4 on many of
their channels, which are in the same general frequency neighborhood as
these.

If you can confirm any of these, or confirm that they are still in use,
please post it!
