[FedCom] Interesting Info on WMD DOE Teams

My guess (and you should underline guess) is that they have one of those 
ready for anything comm vans. I spotted this van a few years ago just 
north of the Nellis ranges.

It was chock full of comm gear. Trying to trace the history of the van 
wasn't easy, but the general consensus was the feds owned it and built a 
bigger and badder version of it for WMD or similar incidents, and gave 
it to the state for OES activity.

Massachusetts has it's share of wafer fabs, so all sorts of nice poison 
gas is readily available. Phosgene, phosphine, pocl (pockle), maybe 
silane would all come in handy for the evil-doers. Have a nice day. ;-)

Incidentally, the DOE is really becoming a PITA regarding their 
frequencies. The Lawrence Livermore National Labs  frequencies have been 
removed from radioreference.com  The nasty-gram from the DOE can be 
found on the radioreference.com website for LLNL.
