[FedCom] Shrimpers on Fed VHF, Same in La.

It is the same story in the Gulf of Mexico off La.

They are all over the VHF band, mostly Vietnamese.

Sometimes hear Spanish on the Customs repeater.  They even use the same PL as
Customs.
