Happy Thanksgiving to all!  May this day give us all the opportunity to
reflect on all the blessings bestowed upon us this year.  

 

I have one question to pose to the group, especially those of you who reside
near Philadelphia and/or the Lehigh Valley, PA.  Are all FBI transmissions
in the areas specified encrypted?  I have several frequencies on my laptop
to be programmed into my 790.  However, if encryption is always used, I'd
like to delete them before programming.
