Well, I got excited when I read your email. I looked in the Grove
Catalog I recently received and found the price for this CD on page 44
in RED ink at $39.95. Unfortunately, when I called to order the CD I
was told the price was incorrect and the new price is $49.95, WOW!!!
They would not honor their catalog price, so I asked if they would
sell me the CD at the $49.95 price, but include the shipping in that
price. NO WAY was the answer!!! You can imagine my disappointment.
It was not my fault they priced their product wrong and all I asked
for was break on the shipping which I was quoted as being $8.95. What
a rip off $8.95 to ship one CD. I've been a long time customer of
Grove and have had a subscription to Monitoring Times since the 80's.
I was even considering ordering a BCD396T from them, but with that
type of customer service I plan to take my business elsewhere.
