Bob Grove and his organization are both stand-up.

I have purchased significant products (Create antennas, software, etc.) from
Grove with all but one problem, with some PCR-1000 software, and was cared
for most professionally.  I will purchase needs from him again with no doubt
as to quality and customer service in the future.

I don't normally respond to these types of threads, but Bob Grove, Jim
Springer from Scancat, and the Striedsberg organizations deserve a
quality-of-service award, IMHO.  They care.

Just my $0.02US.

Well, I just would like everyone to know I was a bit hasty in my
negative assestment of Grove Enterprises.  I was personally contacted
by Bob Grove and he asked to hear my side of the situation.  After
allowing me the opportunity to express my view he promptly resolved
the situation to my complete satisfaction.  It appears the whole
problem revolved around miscommunication.  It is encouraging to know
that Bob Grove is concerned enough about his customers that he is
willing make a personal effort to ensure excellent customer service.

I have been a longtime customer of Grove Enterprises, Inc. and I am
happy to say I look forward to continuing to be their customer.
