[FedCom] feds using APCO-25 in Detroit area?

I'll have to check them out when I get a chance.  UI had meant to program
them into the 250D on the way home, but didn't, and forgot all about it.
The 250 was what I had picked up this stuff on yesterday but the DSP
settings evidently were not so that I could get them, and flortunately the
Pro-96 takes away all the guess work on that one!
