Good for New York!!!!  Pennsylvania was too quick to "sign on the dotted
line," violated some "bidding" requirements, and created an albatross.
To its credit, although I despise making such a statement, M/A Com has
probably learned much from the PA experience and made some strategic and
technologic changes.
