Here in the northeastern US, the Swanton sector of the Border Patrol (BP)  
is now almost 100% P-25 encrypted.  Only the occasional comm is analog.  
I have talked to others located elsewhere in the northeast who say they
still hear BP entirely in analog but I cannot personally confirm these
reports.  I may have heard other BP related traffic while in the high
plains and I'll post that logging to the list shortly.

Customs remains largely analog with some DES heard.

TSA appears to be entirely P-25 and unencrypted.

Curiously enough, while in Sault Ste. Marie recently, I was totally unable
to find any BP or Customs related traffic as far as I could tell.  There
was traffic on 163.675 but it was very informal.
