In Philly, I have the following FBI freqs.  Every now and then I hear some P25 encrypted transmissions.

167.3000            FBI/PHL FIELD OFFICE
167.5250            FBI/PHL FIELD OFFICE
419.3250            FBI/PHL FIELD OFFICE

The most active FEDCOM that I have heard are on the following. The BATF
and DEA are particularly active in Philly.
