Finally saw the the ad again (fox cable), lists
Teltech 866-890-8970 as number to call -- need a 4 week commitment, $13 per 
hour.

Per another list member response:  This is a legitimate large customer 
service company in Enfield CT, that apparently lost a lot of customer 
service contracts when customer service was outsourced (contracted) to 
overseas companies.

Allegedly, FEMA has a large call center at Mt Weather, VA, but as TV reports 
indicate, this center can't handle the volumne so they have to get other 
contractors to assist.
