169.450 very active with units 402, 407, 410, 411, 412 and "Providence"
conducting a surveillance op in and around the East Providence area. Comms
started at 1920hrs local and are currently ongoing. So far all comms are in
the clear. Units giving local landmarks and the registration of the vehicle
in question. Interesting listening.
