When a plutonium shipment comes through the port of Charleston (after the
media for days has been announcing the date, time, and vessel it will be
arriving on) I monitor them using the County TRS Special Ops TGs for
escorting and physical security. It's one of the few times this TRS uses
encryption and tactical military-style callsigns. I haven't noted any
increased activity on fed freqs, but I haven't searched around for any
either.
