When a plutonium shipment comes through the port of Charleston (after the 
media for days has been announcing the date, time, and vessel it will be 
arriving on) I monitor them using the County TRS Special Ops TGs for 
escorting and physical security. It's one of the few times this TRS uses 
encryption and tactical military-style callsigns. I haven't noted any 
increased activity on fed freqs, but I haven't searched around for any 
either.
